Great Hills Eye Care is growing again! We are excited to welcome the newest member of our dedicated team of optometrists, Dr. Kelsey Tillotson.
Dr. Kelsey Tillotson was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas. She then made the journey south to earn her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. Dr. Tillotson then attended the University of Houston School of Optometry where she obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree. She is certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry and the Texas Optometry Board as a Therapeutic Optometrist.
Dr. Tillotson completed her clinical internships at the University of Houston Eye Institute where she managed a wide range of ocular diseases including dry eye, ocular allergies, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. She then completed two private practice internships where she provided primary care optometry, gaining experience with the most up to date technology and dry eye treatment therapy. Dr. Tillotson is a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, and Central Texas Optometric Society.
When Dr. Tillotson is not in the office seeing patients, she enjoys spending time on her patio with her husband Cody and their dog, watching Netflix, and visiting with friends and family.
Dr. Tillotson will be seeing patients in both our North Austin and Pflugerville locations. She works closely with Dr. Provost, Dr. Carneglia, and Dr. Patel to uphold our practice’s high standard of care. Our goal is to be the best and most trusted eye care team in Austin.
